Krunal Sheth is an immigration attorney with a background in federal litigation and public service. Originally from Upland, California, Krunal’s legal career is built on a foundation of rigorous academic training and a deep understanding of the U.S. immigration system.

Strategic Removal and Deportation Defense

Krunal specializes in removal (deportation) defense, a skillset sharpened during his tenure as an Assistant Chief Counsel for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of the Principal Legal Advisor (OPLA), from 2021 to 2025. While representing the government in both detained and non-detained settings, he developed a mastery of the procedural nuances used in immigration court through extensive courtroom practice. He is highly experienced in handling:

• Bond Hearings and Waivers of inadmissibility
• Special Immigrant Visas and U/T Visas for victims of crime
