The immigration system is currently suffering from backlogs and inefficiencies that cause cases to drag out. As attorneys, we combat these backlogs and inefficiencies by submitting documents correctly, the first time, and by following-up on expedite requests when circumstances warrant one. We also monitor changes in immigration law and respond to Requests for Evidence thoroughly, allowing the government to do its job without delay.
