Alejandro was born and raised in Colombia. He has studied a lot, like a library mouse, as he likes knowledge.

He has a background in customer success, retention, and finances, most of them in client-facing roles in finance areas and legal services such as AT&T, Klarna, Venmo, PayPal, and Discord. He studied gastronomy, tourism, and psychology, as he enjoys seeing not only different cultures and their interests, but also having a better understanding of them. Due to this, he is able to connect in an easier way and engage more naturally with other people’s emotions.

A few personal interests are that he appreciates classical art and classical music, such as orchestra, to reminisce about past pieces that are not very recognized today.
