Julio was born in Central Valley California, but was raised in beautiful San Diego, CA. He comes from a family of mixed immigration status; he knows first-hand the struggles families face.

Julio has been in the immigration field for about 9 years. He has worked in private practice, the Executive Office for Immigration Review, and non-profit organizations, all while serving the immigrant community. His goal is to share accurate information about available relief, as he has witnessed the negative impact of misinformation on immigrants.

Outside the office, Julio enjoys traveling, beach days, being artistic, and horror movies.
